Hello! My name is Karina and I am passionate about fostering young minds and making a positive impact on their lives. With over a year of experience caring for kids, I've learned to be patient, calm, and always ready for creative play. I prioritize open communication with parents, using preferred method to keep them updated on their child's day. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to household rules, ensuring consistency for the child. From outdoor adventures to educational games, I love engaging children in fun activities that promote learning and development. I am fluent in both English and Russian.
