I did foster care for 3 years and I really love helping kids thrive when they are surrounded with kindness and compassion. I'm looking for a job that I can care for independent kids who are off school for the day. I work a full-time 8-5 remote, but very flexible job. I currently have a 17 & 19-year-old and did foster care for school-age kids for 3 years. I was a high school science teacher for 14 years and have worked with kids of all ages and abilities for 5 years as a substitute teacher. In my spare time, I like to walk my dogs, be outside hiking and biking, read, do yoga and travel.
