About Kariah

As a supervisor for FSU Building Services, I apply my skills daily in managing workflow and training new staff members. I develop schedules that ensure optimal productivity, meet deadlines, and minimize downtime, while providing constructive feedback and direction. Additionally, my fiancé and I own a cleaning business where we have been contracted by a church for nearly a year. I possess persistence and determination, utilizing initiative, patience, and calmness in stressful situations. My strengths include attention to detail, flexibility, customer service skills, knowledge of human resources and employment law, and business management expertise.
