We were so happy with Karen when she came on to assist my mother. It was a relief to know that she was there caring for our Mother. She has great initiative- she goes above and beyond to do what she can to help. She thought of great ideas, helped organize other staff, and created better processes for my mother's care. Highly recommend!!
