About Karen

I like working with kids because I love having a positive impact on their lives and seeing them grow! I am a 2nd grade teacher, so seeing children improve and grow is something I often am blessed to see. I started working with kids when I was in college. I worked as a teachers assistant for 3 years at a preschool. Before that, however, I volunteered at the nursery at my church and grew up babysitting neighborhood children! In my spare time, I like to read and be outside! I love going on hikes and walks! One thing you should know about me is that I am engaging, compassionate, helpful and respectful. I excel at communicating clearly and will always strive to care for your child, mind and body.
