I'd describe my personality as compassionate, organized, nurturing I worked a very demanding corporate job when my children were little and missed so much, so I've immensely enjoyed my role as caretaker for young kids now that I am retired. I love seeing them hitting their milestones, making them smile, and re-discovering the world through their eyes. I'm looking for a family that needs childcare 2-3 days a week. I am available as early as 7 a.m. and able to provide care until 6:30-7. . In my spare time I enjoy reading, photography, staying active and working on my garden. I am a retired registered nurse. I am CPR certified for both infants and adults.

We entrusted Karen with our son when he was just 6 weeks old. While it was so hard dropping him off in morning, I knew he was in good hands. Karen was so good about sending videos and updates throughout the day, which gave me reassurance that he was happy and healthy with her. We are truly grateful for her love and compassion for our son.
