I have worked with infants through grade school, I also was an assistant director at a preschool in Los Angeles for nine years I have taught infants through Elementary school, also experience teaching children with Down syndrome autism, and ADD. and other, special needs , I also have 2 children of my own, One who was a Preemie( 5 weeks early) and had spent time in NICU, which made me even more aware of early intervention with Infants. Sleep training learning through reading music art and playing all on their level 10+ Years of Nanny Qualifications. . I am very patient, love arts and crafts games and cooking and reading with children. Lots of hugs positive direction. Karen was my daughter's preschool teacher at Family Nurturing Center and became a dear friend of ours ever since. She absolutely adored Karen and they lovingly referred to each other as "sista." Karen always made her feel special and loved. She would take extra time when she couldn't sleep to pet her back and help her feel comfortable. She marched to the beat of her own drum at her own pace and Karen was incredible at appreciating all of the children for their own uniqueness and timelines. She helped me understand how incredibly bright she is regardless of how quickly she did or did not accomplish whatever task was at hand. She knows how to work with children in a developmental way, with love, and compassion and understanding. She?s fun and patient and caring. She and I were blessed the day that Karen came into our lives and we love her very much.
