Karen was a big help to my father when he was in the hospital and rehab after his long hospital stay. She took care of his daily care needs beyond what the rehab staff did. She also facilitated communication between us and the staff. Every day we knew who came and what was being done. We could also talk to them in the room since Karen called us as needed. She was good company for Dad who enjoyed joking around with her. Overall a good experience.
