About Karen

I am an experienced early childhood/elementary school teacher and a mother of five children (ages 21-27). I have taught preschool, first, and third grades for over 20 years. I was a stay-at-home mom for 10 years and cared for newborns-2 years old in my home for working parents. I am fun-loving with a gentle-heart and would love to care for your children like my own. I would prefer to babysit or nanny newborns up to age 5 years old. I have experience with caring for premature twins, triplets, and more. I served as past president of the Charleston Area of Mothers of Multiples Club for two years and served as the past president of the Junior Service League of Summerville. My heart and desire is to love and teach your children. I have my own transportation and enjoy taking children on fun- educational field trips. I can do light housekeeping and run errands if desired. I graduated from college and received a masters degree. I am certified to tutor preschool and elementary school students.
