About Karen

I'd describe my personality as uplifting, sincere and trustworthy. I like caring for seniors because I have alway felt a kinship to older people since I was a young person. They have a lot of experience and wisdom to be shared with others and the stories of their history are very inspiring. I'm looking for a job where I can put my expertise and personality to good use. I started caring for seniors when I was young. In high school I would fix hair for the neighborhood ladies every week, do their grocery shopping and run their errands. In my spare time, I like to work on crafts, any kind. I love to use my creative juices to create unusual things. One thing you should know about me is that I was a Navy brat who traveled all over the world who has experienced many people of different races and cultures. My skills include fixing their hair, planning and preparing meals while teaching them good basic nutrition and listening to their stories.
