About Karen

I am currently pursuing a degree in English Education. I have completed fieldwork hours in various high schools over the last two years. Most recently, I have been working with a mentor teacher at a high school and have taught a couple lessons to the class, as well as helped facilitate discussion and graded assignments. I have also volunteered at a non-profit organization in which I helped students with writing memoirs, short stories, and other fun activities. I've also tutored in the Writing Center at my University, in which I helped students with various assignments such as essays, research papers, and annotated bibliographies.
