About Karen

Hi there! I'm a Registered Nurse specializing in mother/baby care, and I'd love to support your family and little ones! I bring over 6 years of childcare experience with ALL ages! More specifically with infants, newborns, toddlers, and preschoolers. I earned my BSN in Nursing from Delaware State University and have been CPR/First Aid certified since 2018. I am also NRP certified (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) through the curriculum of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Heart Association. For 4 years, I worked as a postpartum and birth doula, helping families adjust to life with their newborns. My experience includes baby feeding, bathing, diapering, laundry, and cleaning baby supplies. Currently, I work full-time as a labor and delivery RN, where I also provide postpartum care and support.
