Karen was wonderful! She came to our house beforehand to meet my Dad whom he'd be caring for and also to go through all the tasks required of her. She was personable and competent. She was punctual and gave me updates throughout the week as to how things were going. She cooked good food my Dad enjoyed, and spent time visiting with him along with his care. She went the extra mile with cleaning up before she left. We enjoyed and appreciated Karen!!
