About Karen

I have spent over 30 years in healthcare across two different hospitals, supporting nurses in patient care. During the pandemic, I received training as a nursing assistant and worked at a nursing home to provide assistance during that challenging time. For the past seven years, I have been employed by a senior care agency, where I help seniors with meal preparation, light housekeeping, dressing, bathing, and running errands as needed. For the past fours years, I have been attending SUNY Orange Community College , completing my prerequisites for the nursing program. Currently, I am waiting the opportunity to join the Fall Nursing Program. I take great pleasure in helping those in need, as it brings me a deep sense of fulfillment. I look forward to providing assistance to seniors in my community.
