Hello! My name is Karen! My passion for children's growth and development led me to become a caregiver. With four years of experience, I offer a patient, calm, and creative approach to childcare. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. My priority is to follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. With my background in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games, I love making playtime both fun and educational. I speak English and Spanish and am willing to help with light housekeeping and travel. I believe every child deserves a nurturing environment, and I'm committed to providing a safe and enriching experience for your child. I have experience with newborns and kids up to 12 years old
