About Karen

I am a Mother of two full grown both are married but no children yet. Besides being a Mom I have 7 years experience working with and caring for children . For 4 years I worked at Kids School Age Program. I worked at several different sites, my last position was at Vernon Elementary as the Lead Teacher. During that time I had up to 25 children in a classroom setting from the ages of 5 to 12. Here in Lakeland I have had several positions providing transportation to and from school, as well in home child care and tutoring. I have cared for newborns thru teenagers. I returned to working in a corporate setting but recently decided to retire and return to the childcare field. I love working with children as each day brings something new. My philosophy is simple: I treat each child as they are my own. Looking for a family and or families who need a babysitter / nanny and or driver to help out with their children.
