I was so hopeful that Karen would be the person that I was looking for to help me with my recovery. She turned out to be an incredible disappointment. She was never able to come at her assigned time. She would cancel at the last minute leaving me without help. When she was here she would do her job well but very rarely was she able to come to work. She worked for 2 weeks which were 2 very stressful weeks for me.
