Karen is a GEM! She takes wonderful care of my 83-year-old mom, and cares for her as if it were her own mother. Karen is a genuine and gentle soul, and has built a strong bond with my mom and our family. We appreciate her, and honestly don’t know what we’d do without her. She’s flexible, punctual, and most of all, has a natural instinct with the elderly and their needs. I highly recommend Karen!
