About Karen

Hello, I am Karen. I was a stay at home mom for many years relishing every minute of that amazing and challenging time with my daughter and son; however, it came to a close when my youngest graduated from high school in 2021. Since then, I have enjoyed spending my time helping families with childcare and general housekeeping needs as well as occasionally pet sitting. I have worked full time with two families as their nanny for the past two years. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Both included transporting the children to and/or from school and to after school activities. Additionally I have provided childcare for families as needed. I currently have two dogs, a Wheaton terrier/ mix named Bridget and a schnauzer/poodle mix named Oscar. Before my children were born I was employed as a Flight Attendant for American Airlines and in customer service for Nordstrom. I grew up on an Avocado Ranch in San Diego county surrounded by livestock and many cats and dogs.
