Teaching in Waldorf Schools is a joy, but after over 30 years, I took a break. For the last 10 years I have been moving between Nannying and Elder Care and I find that I Love it all! My Human Development Studies feed my natural intuitive Care-Giving style. My boundaries and communication are very clear, so children and adults tend to relax around me. I Love to play/explore outside; read/tell lots of stories; respect and learn about culture/spirit; and feed a healthy imagination.

Karen is by far the best care provider we have ever had the pleasure of working with over the years! She recently cared for my toddler children part-time until we had to move. She was dependable, caring, fun, and most importantly she taught my children about the world from a real life perspective - bonus! She is so much more than a babysitter or even a nanny. Karen will show up for your children as if they were her own. She knows when to provide comfort and when to stand firm. She was very willing to adopt house rules and schedules but she also knows what is needed without you even having to ask. If you have the opportunity for her to fit in your schedule - grab her available time before it is gone!
