Karen took care of my twins between the ages of 1-3. She built such a positive experience with them that til this day they mention at times they wish she could be their school teacher. She was very open in her communication and my expectations of the care a very seamless experience. If you want a similar motherly, warm personality around your kids Karen is your go to person.
