I am a retired RN who worked 26 years as an emergency/trauma nurse. I work in social services right now part-time working on my master's degree in counseling. I'd describe my personality as engaging outgoing and flexible I like caring for seniors because they have a lot of life experience and I respect that I'm looking for a job that Involves children seniors and or pets or all of the above. When I became a nurse my first job was in a nursing home. My last job caring for a senior was end-of-life care. I already miss her terribly and it's only been a week. I have lost both of my parents I work out in the gym hike, and motorcycle with friends. One thing you should know about me is I have an old school work ethic I always do what I say. We love Karen! She took such good care of our friend. Not only did she help keep her clean and comfortable, She made her meals, did her laundry and clean the kitchen. And she helped take care of the dog, as well. And she did it all in such a caring, compassionate way. We can't say enough good things about her!
