Karen's motto is "Karen Cares" and that is an understatement! We hired her to help my elderly uncle clear out a storage unit. The scope quickly expanded as it became clear he needed additional support, and ultimately ended up in the hospital. As our family was on the other side of the country, Karen got him settled into the hospital and then independently finished the storage unit and ultimately packed up his keepsakes and got him on the plane. Along the way, Karen focused on the human needs and emotions at play and went above and beyond to do whatever it took to help my uncle navigate the difficult situation. She was a top-notch communicator, and flexibly managed the complexities including shifting "bosses" in the family. Karen made effective organization, financial and health decisions in a timely manner. But above all, she bonded with her client, caring for him in a way that gave him far more than an empty storage unit. We are eternally grateful to Karen!
