I specialize in providing personalized and comprehensive sleep plans to address a wide range of common sleep issues such as bedtime resistance, multiple night wakings, early morning wakings, prop dependency, nap time resistance, and inconsistent bedtime routines, or daily schedules. My approach is gentle, compassionate, evidence-based, and family centered. I truly believe that every baby deserves to sleep happy, and I will work closely with parents to achieve this goal. I am passionate about supporting parents / caregivers in establishing healthy sleep habits for their children, and I believe in fostering positive sleep associations, as well as creating nurturing bedtime and nap time routines.

Karen is an amazing sleep trainer. She trained our daughter at 6 months and we were so impressed with how effective her approach is. Not only did she train our daughter for naps and bedtime in less than 3 days, she also taught us what to do in order for our daughter to continue benefiting from great sleep and the science behind sleep training. Karen is kind and effective in her method, and continues to help if there are any sleep regressions or changes in sleep patterns. 100% recommend and plan to reach out to Karen again for future children.
