I am currently working as a volunteer counselor with the SHINE program which provides free Medicare and health insurance counseling and information to Medicare beneficiaries or their representatives. I was the primary caregiver for my elderly father, for three years who was chronically ill. I am semi retired. I have a degree in public health. My passion for caring for seniors is reflected in my volunteer work , for example my work as a volunteer providing health education/senior care in Haiti and Africa. It is a gift for me to be able to care for seniors.
