About Karen

Providing sensitive, nurturing and attentive care is my priority. Having enjoyed caring for 3 older adults in the past cemented my passion for being present and adding dignity to the lives of my new friends. With practical experience and education in counseling, I bring a unique skill set to my work with others. I truly enjoy listening to others' stories and learning about their lives. Including music and bringing beauty to their environments is my joy. Integrity and respect are important character traits I strive to bring to my work. I am flexible and hard-working. I am happy to tidy up, do laundry, run errands, prepare meals, manage medications, care for pets, drive to appointments and accompany my charges. Bringing companionship is my goal.
