About Karen

Thank you for the opportunity to provide a letter of recommendation for Karen. Over the last 7 years Karen has provided care for both my father and mother. Karen provided the love, compassion and care they both deserved and became part of the family in the process. Most recently, care for my Mom included bathing, grooming, med management, meal prep/cooking, transport to doctor and hair appointments, outings to the Senior Center, etc. Karen expertly managed all of these tasks without the need for supervision or oversight. When supplies are low, she let’s us know. When care needs shift, Karen identifies and communicates suggestions that help improve safety or quality of care. Karen has a high energy level, a strong work ethic, and is always looking for ways to make positive improvements. She applies common sense to situations and is able to assess and get the right people involved. I highly recommend Karen. She has the highest integrity and will be a great addition to any team/family.
