I am a very experienced child care provider with an Early Childhood Education degree, certification in CPR and excellent recent reviews and references. My ideal job consist of working 3 to 4 days per week, totaling 25-28 hours. Currently, I am also available to do one-time child care or to take a temporary position. I've been a part time and full time nanny, substituted in area daycare centers and have had an emergency child care service. I believe that young children learn through play, their daily routines and by example. They should be treated with respect and thoughtfulness. I am healthy, energetic, reliable and kind. My specialty is infants, but I enjoy being with children of all ages. My resume and references are available upon request. Starting around mid-March I will be seeking a regular position. Karen is absolutely incredible. She has watched our son from the time he was about 4 months old and he is currently 21 months and she still helps us! She has immense experience, is creative, trustworthy, and energetic. Our son adores her - as do my husband and I! She assisted in introducing our son to new foods, helped him learn to crawl then walk, learn to talk, learn colors, and more. She truly shows she cares about children and I cannot recommend her enough!
