I worked at AFC homes as an RN who completed Care Plans, medication administration, behavior management and interventions I have an Autism Spectrum but did not know it until I was 54yrs old. I knew that I was different and somehow managed to become an RN. When I look back on my life, I see the the reasons for the challenges that I experienced every day. Empathy got me through the process of grief and acceptance. I share this to let you know that I am familiar with these aspects of being human.
