Karen was a God send for me and my husband while we were preparing for a donor/recipient liver transplant at VCU in Richmond and also after the transplant was completed. We live in West Virginia so we had to stay close to VCU while recovering. We had no family or friends to help so Karen really made the whole ordeal manageable. She was supposed to help both my husband and I, unfortunately my husband had complications and had to stay in the ICU. But she took very good care of me. She prepared meals for me, helped with medications, and drove me back and forth the the hospital for appointments and to visit my husband. Karen was pleasant to work with and I enjoyed her company. If I need her services again (which I might), then I will definitely hire her if she is available.
