I often care for my son's dog (American Eskimo/samoyed) and house cat when they are out of town - I walk the dog, and feed both animals on a timely schedule. I have also stayed at someone's home to watch their 2-year-old golden mix, where I walked her a few times a day, fed her, kept her company, and took her to a group playtime at the park.
