I highly recommend Karen for any caregiver position. She cared for our daughter for 2 years (starting at 2 months old) and was a beloved member of our household during that time. She was flexible in dealing with my WFH job and our dogs. She was with us through starting solids, sleep training, learning to walk, talk, and more. She was very diligent in understanding and following our guidelines. She is so caring, smart, active, and fun that it was a natural fit into our family. We only parted ways when parental leave and job changes meant we were able to care for our children ourselves. We miss her dearly and will continue to stay in touch for the foreseeable future.
