About Kara

Hello! My name is Kara and I am looking for work as a nanny. I creative, kind, and patient. I believe every child and family is unique; I pride myself in my ability to be flexible to the specific types of care each one requires. Looking after kiddos is something I am good at as well as something I love. even on challenging days! I have five years of paid experience working in various types of childcare settings. Most recently I was a full-time nanny for 3 kiddos (ages 3-9) for two years. My responsibilities included some homeschool and learning activities, meals, naps, housekeeping, and lots of play! Prior to that job, I worked as an aide in a special day preschool class. This job gave me the knowledge and confidence to care for children with special needs! I currently work a part-time job as a server. I am mostly seeking to fill a few more hours in my week, but I could be open to a full-time position!
