About Kara

I have been babysitting for friends and family since I was in high school. I am an older sister so I always found myself caring for those younger than me. I am also a Teacher Education student with a concentration in Elementary Education. I have observed in 1st grade and Kindergarten classrooms where I was able to have hands on experience working with students. I also worked an extended school year program for children with learning disabilities and special needs. I love working with children. It is one of my passions that I plan on carrying out for the rest of my life. I also have experience caring for dogs and cats. I frequently watch the pets of friends and family while they are away. I grew up with dogs and have a passion for animals as well. I spend extra time with pets so that they are walked, played with, and loved.
