About Kara

With 18 years of experience in early childhood care and as a nanny, I have had the privilege of supporting children's growth and development in a variety of settings. Throughout my career, I have nurtured children's emotional, social, and physical well-being by creating safe, stimulating, and loving environments. My work has ranged from providing individual care to organizing educational activities and developing age-appropriate routines that promote positive behavior and self-esteem. I hold a background in children's yoga, which I integrate into my practice to help children develop mindfulness, flexibility, and emotional regulation. I believe that teaching yoga not only encourages physical activity but also helps children build important skills such as concentration, relaxation, and self-awareness, all while fostering a sense of calm and inner balance. Through these combined experiences, I am committed to providing holistic care that supports the everchanging child.
