My approach to childcare is centered around patience, friendliness, and a strong sense of responsibility. I have experience working with children from camps to school programs to previous babysitting jobs. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that I understand their expectations and concerns. I follow their preferred method of communication, whether it be verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone updates throughout the day. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in aligning with the parents' approach. I understand the importance of consistency and respecting the family's values. I firmly believe that play is an integral part of a child's development. My previous experience of coaching for children's volleyball and softball teams leads me to enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports. Also playing board games, puzzles, and educational games are other ways that keep myself and children entertained while stimulating their mind.
