I'm looking for a work dynamic that lends to easeful communication, collaboration and fun. 15+ years of experience, all ages, newborn thru teen. Childcare to classroom, counselor and camp settings, equity-based programming, bicycle edu/support, neurodiversity advocacy to art, nature, cooking and sports-focus. I enjoy being a mentor who can offer safety, playfulness and an empowerment-based approach to support children thrive as they navigate the challenges and joy of being a kid. Integrating holistic solutions to support families in a way that acknowledges how it 'takes a village.' Also looking for families who'd like varied support, as-needed coverage, project/household management, tutoring, developmental support, coaching, event/travel planning, food prep, art lessons, outdoor-centric +more involved activities.
