I'd describe myself as empathetic, curious, creative, active and grounded. I'm looking for a work dynamic that lends to easeful communication, collaboration and fun. I enjoy being a mentor who can offer safety, playfulness and an empowerment-based approach to support children thrive as they navigate the challenges and joy of being a kid. 15+ years of experience, all ages, newborn thru teen. Childcare to classroom, counselor and camp settings, equity-based programming, bicycle-drives, neurodiversity advocacy to art, nature, cooking and sports-focus. I'm additionally looking for families who'd like varied support, project/household management, education, coaching, developmental support, event/travel planning, food prep, art lessons +more involved activities. Integrating holistic solutions to support families in a way that acknowledges how it 'takes a village.' Rates flexible dependent on responsibilities, benefits, schedule flexibility and regularity.
