About Kara

Hey! I'm Kara and I'm a 27-year-old living in south end of Burlington. I've been in Vermont for 4 years, a majority of which I've spent vegetable farming. A shift in goals and personal development led me to leave my job and since then I've been delivering groceries for Instacart. Some of my favorite weekly interactions are delivering to senior communities. I often find myself chatting a little too long, leaving happier than when I got there. Helping people and making people feel seen is really what gives me purpose. All of that has led me here, where I hope I can be of help to someone who needs it. Growing up with family members who required care, I know how important it is to find someone who cares for your loved one in the same capacity you do. I am someone who is empathetic, compassionate, a good listener, and someone who learns quickly. Let's chat!
