I hired Kanee to drive my kids to school in the morning. She assured me she always shows up, but that was not my experience. Although her reasons for not showing up for consecutive days on two occasions were genuine, it didn't change that I was left without reliable childcare assistance for most of the days I'd hired her. I gave her a 2 star rating because she pleasant, arrived on time the days she showed up, and safely delivered my kids to school. Unfortunately, she didn't show up half the time.
