This is something that can take years to develop and we have to give a child room to make mistakes and learn from them. But I can help you REDUCE behavior if a child isn't listening nor following instructions in the home. I believe in structure, routines and organization. If your home isn't in perfect order THAT IS OKAY! Breathe mama. Rest assured, I am very passionate about supporting caretakers who want to improve their living environment for the best needs of their child(ren). I currently work for Spring ISD with 10 years experience total with children. When I am not mentoring young minds, I enjoy great food, Hulu, and podcasts. Please note I am looking for part-time work, but will work up to 40 hrs if an urgent need for the summer.
