Hi! My name is Kalista , I am a 2nd year nursing student here at MSU! Drawing from my four years of experience, I strive to create a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and have fun. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with creativity and a friendly approach, allows me to connect with children and build strong relationships. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I provide regular updates on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup, text messages, or phone calls. I respect parents' preferences and adapt my communication style accordingly. As for household rules, I follow the parents' lead. I understand that each family has its own unique set of rules and expectations, and I'm committed to supporting and reinforcing them. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a variety of games that cater to different interests and age groups. I am also CPR certified for adults, children, and infants!
