About Kali

Kali was an amazing caregiver to my children for just over four years! She did both occasional babysitting and summer nannying. She instantly became one of us and I could not have asked for a better influence on my girls. To cover the basics, Kali was: punctual, dependable, fair, reasonable, mature, and genuinely cared about her job performance and our satisfaction with the care she provided. In addition to surpassing all "basic expectations" Kali went above and beyond and truly set the bar high for all future caregivers in our household. Even though she was a full time student, young life leader, and volunteer she prioritized appropriately and was able to manage her professional responsibilities (even having multiple jobs at a few points) and her extra curricular activities without ever having to let anyone down. With my children- she was a constant, stable role model who always had fun with them and made them feel like her only priority when she was with them (which in my opinion is a rarity in the day of smart phones, etc.). They absolutely adore her and strive to be like her. Even though she has since left the area and is pursuing new adventures, she still manages to keep in touch.
