Kaley was available on short notice and helped watch two of my toddlers while my wife was in the hospital, showing me flexibility to go in to see her and the new baby. Right off the bat, she quickly connected with my oldest and merit the youngest safe (already asleep when Kaley arrived). She pushed updates on how the kids did, giving me peace of mind. I got home late and she had gotten the oldest in to bed without any real recommendations from me.
