I have been a CNA, and Caregiver for more than 10years and have a lot of experience with elderly care. My experience includes working in Nursing Homes Facilities, Convalescent Homes, Assisted Living, , even now to serving Seniors in there own homes. It's challenging and rewarding at the same time doing this kind of work. If you want your loved ones to be cared for the best way is to always look for the quality of a person who can deliver doing there job, and that you know they will be cared for in every way possible. One of the reasons I got into this business is from my own personal experience caring for my father who had Alzheimer's disease for years. It was challenging but it taught me a lot to be patience, understanding, and compassionate. Therefore when caring for the Seniors I apply that when I'm working in an Assisted Living facility or in their individual homes. Best thing about caregiving is knowing you can do the job and make a difference in the life of Seniors.

Kaleti took care of my grandparents for three years. She was more than our caregiver. She was family. She went over and beyond her job duties and expectations. Our family was so blessed to have her, if she hadn’t relocated, she would still be working for us. Her compassion along with her knowledge is what makes her overly qualified to be able to care for anyone at any capacity. My family and I miss her so much. Whatever next family she works for they will be blessed to have her. She is truly heaven sent.
