Kaleigh worked for our family from 8/22 - 12/26, Full time schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5. She was fine when here. Biggest issue was call offs. In the 81 possible work days, Kaleigh was unable to work 20 days. We were in the process of replacing her because that level of absences is not sustainable and at 3:44am via text she quit without giving us a notice.
