About Kaleigh
While in college I volunteered in several nursing homes and assisted living facilities. As a Recreational Therapy major - we planned and facilitated group activities with the residents. I also was a meals on wheels driver for awhile in college and really enjoyed this! After college I worked in a mental health facility where there was an dementia unit. I worked there for just a little over a year and did the same thing- planned and facilitated therapeutic activities to assist in dementia care.
