I have cared for individuals with disabilities both children and adults for 7+ years. I had worked in various settings including day programs (community based), residential programs, elementary school as well as high school (job coaching). I have many trainings and certificates including being med. admin trained and have my CPR/first aid certification. I worked with a wide range of different disabilities and behaviors and thrive to help each individual/child reach their goals and become as independent as possible. I am currently in school for social work and plan to become a "Behavioral Supports Specialist" once I graduate.

Kalah came to give support and interaction to a family member. She is very interpretative and understands the needs of the situation. She had no apprehension and has great capacity to integrate and meld and fill the needs of the person she is working with. She has good positive energy and has been an excellent find for us ! She communicated fluently with the family and was on time and punctual for the arrangements we made.
