About Kala

I'm an enthusiastic childcare provider with four years of experience in nurturing the growth of children aged one through 11. My passion for caring for children stems from a desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I believe in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. I'm known for being patient, calm, and creative, and I strive to communicate effectively with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, and I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My diverse skill set includes leading outdoor sports and physical games, playing board games and puzzles, and engaging in technology-based games and apps. I have some college education and am fluent in both English and Spanish. I also have a car, am comfortable with pets, and hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
