About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as personable, empathetic, and patient. I like caring for seniors because it allows me to make a meaningful impact by promoting their well-being, supporting their independence, and ensuring they receive the respect and quality care they deserve in their later years I started caring for seniors for approximately 10 years when I began practicing as an occupational therapy assistant in the skilled nursing facility setting. My skills include knowledge of fall prevention and safety techniques, critical thinking skills, experience with dementia care, stroke, fractures, and mobility/transfer experience.
