I like working with kids because I love watching them learn. Seeing their faces beaming with pride when they reach a goal makes my day! I started working with kids when I was 13 years old as a babysitter. I am still in touch with those kids today, 23 years later. I babysat and worked in gym child care centers until I graduated high school and then went on to work for child care centers. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband, our 15-year-old daughter and our dog. We love the beach, hiking, swimming, anything outdoors! I am also very crafty, I love to do home projects and photography. When it's too cold outside I love to read!
